As the business development representative for our rapidly expanding company, you will cultivate positive relationships with potential clients while following up on qualified leads, and converting those leads into lifelong customers. Ideally, you will be a currently licensed professional or can attain licensure within your first 90 days. Responsibilities: Manage social content for the company and post to Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels to generate engagement and attract more business Develop a list of banks, credit unions, etc. to call with a goal of 30 calls per week Write and send personalized cards for special occasions including thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc. (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate) Ensure all teams have access to current information on the client database by continuously updating Strive to meet a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week connecting with a list of real estate agents according to their production Qualifications: Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role Must be currently licensed with an NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment Working knowledge of sales process and understanding of how to enter information into client databases A dependable form of transportation is a must in order to attend client meetings Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
