Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member (Sales experience preferred). Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• 401K
• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Compensation: $35,000 to $70,000 a year

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Monday through Friday 9AM to 5:30PM *Weekends off
