PART TIME Customer Service / Data Entry Job Position

Monday - Wednesday

8:30am - 5 pm

REPORTS TO: Customer Relations Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Relations Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions and projects for select accounts within the distribution business. and organizational skills while working with the internal sales teams, retailers, and manufacturers.

1.Manage day to day responsibilities of retail accounts.

2.Process all incoming orders from retail accounts in all databases including EDI

3.Use online portal and CPG portals to maintain retail requirements as it relates to orders and processing,

4.Answer all Intercom calls and concerns online in a timely basis

5.Communicate with and assist with customer calls relating to routine account problems

6.Analyze and maintain reporting and troubleshoot issues regarding retail sales, inventory, and shipments.

7.Act as an overall coordinator with other departments.

8.Print and assist Finance department with month and year-end invoicing processes as it relates to retail invoicing requirements and portals.

9.Generate month-end reports from retail portal to evaluate score rating.

10.Make sure all retail orders are tracked and meet all deadlines to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Three to Four years related experience and/ or training.

Excellent Communication skills

Excellent Organizational skills

Confident and self-motivated

Excellent multitasker

Customer Service Experience

Data Entry Experience
