Supporting a team and collaborating with professionals, the incumbent will coordinate all financial activities, enforce controls, and standardize accounting techniques. From maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks Online to managing internal standards, including transaction records to maintain and grow internal financial health. The Real Estate Finance Manager will also spearhead cash flow management and insurance matters. Accounting and Reporting: • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes. • Perform daily accounting tasks and generate financial reports. • Manage general ledger entries, payments, and adjustments. • Update and manage property job costing sheets. • Collaborate with outside CPA firms and other professionals on QuickBooks reporting and financials. Compliance and Reporting: • Complete financial transaction records in Salesforce for accurate reporting. • Manage monthly, quarterly yearly deadlines for financial reporting. • Reconcile credit card statements and bank statements. • Manage business licenses and fulfill state and federal annual reporting requirements. Cashflow and Property Management: • Effectively manage cash flow, including fund movement and wire transfers. • Collaborate with the real estate sales team on property transactions. • Payroll processing, calculating commission deductions, and preparing payroll reports. • Manage review earnest money and property tax accounts. • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and payment. Insurance and Vehicle Management: • Manage company insurance policies. • Handle company vehicle leases, agreements, licensing, tags, and passes. Qualifications: Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting - CPA certification would be highly considered. • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in financial management and accounting. • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong Time Management Skills and the Ability to Master Details. • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
