    POSITION SUMMARY  

    This role will provide subject matter expertise across multiple systems utilized by the Finance and Accounting teams, and act primarily as a liaison between the IT team and business users. This position interfaces heavily with all operational levels within the organization spanning a multitude of disciplines.

    LOCATION - THIS ROLE CAN BE 100% REMOTE ANYWHERE IN THE US, WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO SAN FRANCISCO

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Interact with all levels of organization to advise on best practices in Finance area from functional and technical perspectives
    • Create efficiencies across Finance & Accounting operations via evaluating processes, recommending improvements, and identifying new opportunities
    • Owns Finance processes in relation with ERP, Business Intelligence, Invoice processing and other Finance/Accounting systems used within the company
    • Provide analytical and functional support to users and partner with ERP team to troubleshoot issues
    • Meet with functional process owners, decision makers, and technical resources to define requirements and project expectations
    • Develops documentation and coordinates user-centric training and education
    • Support administration, maintenance, and management of systems
    • Communicate Finance-driven or related project status and resourcing to key stakeholders

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years Finance/Accounting systems experience with increasing responsibility and scope
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or equivalent top-tier ERP
    • Superuser-level CPM platform (Axiom) knowledge is a plus
    • Understanding of fundamental Finance/Accounting concepts and processes
    • Familiarity in international/multiple brand strategy, specifically in luxury retail industry
    • Ability to bi-directionally translate business and technical requirements
    • Ability to analyze and summarize
    • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
