WE PROVIDE... • LEADS... lots of leads • First-class marketing materials and sales support • Extensive back-office paperwork support • A proven training/tutoring program • Advanced mentoring on a weekly basis • A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals Responsibilities: • Spend 1-3 hours per day prospecting through broker generated leads • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to convert them to clients • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients, in tandem with personal Concierge • Hold buyer and seller consultations to assess needs and educate clients • Conduct private home tours and listing presentations to close sales • Write and negotiate offers for home purchase • Keep up with local knowledge about local home inventory and community features • Manage Real Estate purchase and sale transaction from end to end Qualifications: Show good organizational and time management skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Self-motivation and drive Great communication and social skills REQUIRED: • 2+ years in Real estate with 5+ transactions preferred • Previous sales experience in outside sales  • ACTIVE CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON OR BROKER'S LICENSE  • Valid Driver's License PREFERRED: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  • Ability to engage in financial and analytical decision-making  COMPENSATION:This position includes a base salary plus bonus, based on sales volume. You should expect to take home $75,000+ annually Compensation: $75,000+
