Kennel Attendant Needed – Franklin County Animal Shelter

Do you love working with animals and enjoy staying active? Franklin County Animal Shelter is looking for a reliable and caring Kennel Attendant to join their team!

Pay:
$17.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Days off: Wednesday & Thursday
Training: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for a few weeks

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain dog and cat kennels
• Safely move animals throughout the facility
• Assist with checking animals in and out using a computer system
• Provide care and attention to animals in a fast-paced shelter environment

Requirements:

• Must enjoy working with animals
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Comfortable with light computer use
