The Pet Hotel at Hudspeth Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kennel Lead to oversee the care of our boarding and daycare pets, maintain the highest standards in facility cleanliness, and train and mentor new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day animal care and ensure the health, safety, and happiness of all pets in our facility

Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and protocol compliance throughout the pet hotel

Train, support, and guide new pet care specialists

Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding pet wellness and facility needs

Prior experience in kennel, pet hotel, or veterinary boarding facility

Strong leadership and communication skills
