About the Role:

Hope's Boarding Camp & Doggie Daycare in Apache Junction, AZ is looking for a passionate and energetic Kennel Tech/Receptionist to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an animal lover who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and enjoys providing top-notch care for furry guests. Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets with a warm, welcoming attitude at the front desk

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage boarding and daycare reservations

Monitor and supervise dogs during daycare play groups and boarding stays

Feed, water, and administer medications to boarded animals per owner instructions

Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and common spaces to maintain a safe environment

Observe animal behavior and report any health or behavioral concerns to management

Process payments and maintain accurate client and pet records

Requirements:

Genuine love and passion for animals, especially dogs

Prior experience in a kennel, veterinary, or animal care setting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments safely

Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Basic computer skills for scheduling and client management
