Responsibilities: • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kennels, play areas, and common spaces to provide a safe environment for our dogs. • Monitor the health and behavior of each dog, promptly reporting any concerns to the management team. • Engage with dogs through play and exercise, fostering a stimulating and enriching atmosphere. • Administer feeding and medication schedules accurately, ensuring each dog's dietary needs are met. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily tasks and maintain a seamless workflow. • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns. • Assist in training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to uphold our standards of care. Qualifications: • Experience in working with animals, particularly dogs, in a professional setting. • Ability to manage and supervise groups of dogs of various sizes and temperaments. • Proven track record of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and pet owners. • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and getting up and down off the floor. • Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with breaks, ensuring consistent care for our canine guests. • Experience in administering food and medication to animals is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $14.50 - $15.50+ hourly DOE
