The Meaning Behind the Work For a lot of older adults and people living with disabilities, staying in their own home—sleeping in their own bedroom, cooking in their own kitchen, and keeping their own routine—is the ultimate goal.

That goal is only possible because of the caregiver who shows up. At Assisting Hands Home Care, we aren't looking for people looking for a quick gig. We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want consistent, meaningful work that directly impacts someone's quality of life. Why You'll Love Working With Us

Predictable, Steady Hours: We schedule in consistent 4-hour blocks throughout the day. If your daytime hours are open, we will build a stable schedule around your availability. Most caregivers start at 15–20 hours a week and can easily grow from there.

Real Financial Support: We offer $15–$18/hr (depending on experience/certifications), bi-weekly pay, mileage reimbursement between clients, and time-and-a-half on holidays. Plus, earn extra through our referral bonus program.

Paid Training: CNA or PCA experience is great, but if you have a natural heart for caregiving and solid life experience, we will pay to train you.

A Team in Your Corner: Our local management team is available 24/7. When you are out in the field, you are never on your own.
