ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (JUPITER FL)
JOB DESCRIPTION Established casino travel agency in Jupiter is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/travel sales associate to join our team of associates. Candidate should have good communication and computer skills, be detail-oriented and responsible. RESPONSIBILITIES · Answer phones and make follow up calls to travel customers · Perform general office functions including making phone calls, sending e-mails, filing, copying, scanning etc. · Book travel for customers · Data entry · Work with supplier invoices and commission checks QUALIFICATIONS · Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook · Good organizational and communication skills · Professional attitude in customer service and the workplace · Minimum of 1 year’s work experience. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one hour lunch break and occasional Saturdays in place of a weekday.
