Kentson Car Company is a well-established and reputable automotive dealership specializing in luxury and commercial vehicles. We are currently seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, understand their automotive needs, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and specifications to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct test drives and effectively communicate the benefits and value of different vehicle models to potential buyers.
- Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the finance and administrative departments to facilitate smooth transaction processes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide value-added recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, preferably with luxury or commercial vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Passion for automobiles and a deep understanding of automotive industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
