    Job Description

    Keoni Carew is a new Women's Golf and Lifestyle Collection, company based in Los Angeles. We specialize in women's activewear. Looking for a sales representative with an enthusiastic attitude and room to grow! MUST BE familiar with working with buyers mostly from large clothing retail stores, or large specialty stores in the USA. The candidate will have prior experience working with stores such as Nordstrom, Rack, Dillard's, Macy's, Von Maur, or other retailers you can bring to the table. The candidate will have knowledge or past experience working with wholesale brands, designers, fit techs, and understand commonly used industry terminology.

    Requirements

    • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills
    • Curate assortments for key accounts to achieve monthly sale goals
    • Manage customer-related activities, including order maintenance and troubleshooting
    • Collaborates with Marketing, Operations, and IT to prioritize customer needs and target segments by optimizing the consumer's digital experience.
    • Assist production teams in allocating and processing requests to the ideal target audience and analyze results
    • At least 5 years’ experience in wholesale sales and customer relations
    • Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Create, manage, and develop accounts with customers that generate profit that earn you commission
    • Proactively develop and manage customer leads to maximize sales and profit
    • Nurture customer relationships in the longer-term for repeat business
    • Email and call preferred accounts regularly to procure and maintain orders.
    • Assist customers on various media platforms regarding orders, order confirmation, product questions.
    • Assist in maintaining store presentation standards.
    • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every customer's experience is transformational. Core Skills
