    We are in need of a full-time real estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing real estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: Primary Objectives / Regular Work Activities • Daily Recruiting Phone Calls to Licensed Real Estate Agents in Twin Cities - Minnesota • Identify the agent’s needs for their business and assess if the team could be a good fit • Vet out the agent to ensure they meet the KC Team core values • Follow team process to continuously elevate opportunities and conversations with potential recruits • Set appointments for the Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager or Onboarding Team (Virtual or in-person interviews, information sessions, or coffee/lunch if strong candidate) • Follow the set-to-met processes to ensure that the hand-off provides the highest chance of conversion • Execute Recruiting Strategy • Work with leadership team on recruiting, planning, and strategy • Prospect by making regular recruiting phone calls via a trackable reporting system and managing a clear pipeline of potential candidates categorized by the candidates' readiness to join the team • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Measurables • End of Day & Start of Day Reporting • End-of-day reports must include total calls made, # of lives, # of appts set • Minimum 4 Met-Go Appointment / Week • Approximately 5-6 mets / week • Set to Met Ratio = 50% + • 70% + Phone Utilization / Hours Billed • Recruiting Process 100% Followed • All notes for every call logged correctly in CRM (Infusionsoft) & WizeHire Qualifications: Requirements • A love for making connections over the phone and for recruiting • Experience making cold calls / using scripts • Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting is a plus • Strong written/verbal communication skills • Good organizational skills with attention to detail • An advocate for our core values and team culture and dedicated to finding people who will fit and thrive with us Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
