    As a Sales Development Representative at Kerby & Cristina Team, you love meeting with real estate pros and getting them to love our awesome app. Click is a contract writing software that makes the task of putting contracts together SMOOTH, EASY and STRESS-FREE! The software is clean and our users can write contracts from their desktop or phone in under 5 minutes (typically a 30-45 minute process). The app is intuitive, integrated with MLS data, and is basically like having an on-demand assistant in your pocket (phone) to help you with all the crazy work of writing contracts. If you are a busy real estate agent, Click is a MUST-HAVE application. Users love it and the demos generally convert to paid users. If you are good at making calls and getting people excited, this is your job and you can make good money doing it! So what will you be doing? Responsibilities: Prospect Leads: • Responsible for prospecting leads and qualifying interest, specifically calling Real Estate Agents, Teams, Brokers, and Transaction Coordinators • Prospecting activities include calling, email, social, and SMS as outlined in Hubspot • Work HubSpot Stages and Manage the sales database through the cycle • Responsible for leads in the later stage pipeline who are “warm” (expressed some level of interest), but have not yet signed up Set and Hold Demos: • Learn the Demo Process and Scripts to Get Cards on File • Deliver a Demo using the Proven Demo Process Get commitment to the ideal sales path: • Card on File - Full Pay • Card on File - $1.00 Pay • No Card, Trail Only Follow Onboarding Process: • Once a Prospect puts a Card On File, walk with them into the app for the initial setup • This is a 3 to 5-minute process to ensure they can start using the application immediately • Send the “Next Steps” email to the Client Success Manager to ensure the training starts for new users and the CSM and the Client are connected Convert Trials to Paid: • Responsible for working with leads who have signed up for a trial, but do not yet have a Card On File Weekly Meetings & Trainings: • Attend Weekly Sales Meetings, Training, and 1:1’s with the Sales Lead Measurables: • An average of 20 spoke-to with an average of 100 calls per day • Set to meet at 65% on average for Demos • Minimum of 8+ Met demos per week, 32 booked demos a month Qualifications: • College Degree in a related field and/or extensive Sales background • Proven track record of Sales Experience, ideally in Real Estate or Software related • Demonstrates a mastery of systems, processes, and technology • Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization • Extremely self-motivated and driven to meet high goals Compensation: $32,500 - $75,000 yearly
