Description:
The Finance Operations Analyst supports the U.S. finance operations functions of the Finance team. Daily responsibilities will include building, processing and distributing scheduled and ad hoc finance operations reports, managing and updating data sets and documentation, and communicating with internal and external clients.
The Finance Operations Analyst is a part of the Finance team in the Arlington, Virginia, office and reports directly to the Director, U.S. Finance Operations.
Essential Functions
- Execute monthly commission report calculations, processing and distribution for U.S. Sales team.
- Process and distribute Accounts Receivable reports for management and U.S. sales team
- Assist with building, processing and distributing reports for new finance programs and ad hoc analyses
- Communicate with internal and external groups to respond to inquiries
- Assist in the maintenance and operation Kerecis’ CRM and procurement system, records and documents to ensure complete and easily accessible information
- Collaborate with Kerecis IT department to improve reporting and distribution processes
- Assist in preparing Kerecis tax documents
- Maintain Kerecis’ financial policies and assist in in regulatory filings
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Requirements:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, required
- Power BI knowledge, preferred
- Accounting knowledge, preferred
- Inquiry research/response
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations
- Exceptional follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
