    We're looking for a passionate individual to join our successful real estate team! This critical role requires communication with up to 15 realtors on our staff to generate relationships with clients and prospective buyers up to the point of an in-person meeting. If you're excited about getting in touch with people and building meaningful connections, then this is the job for you! You will receive valuable knowledge and experience from the most experienced instructors in the field. Work Location: Norman (main) office, conveniently located close to I-35 Training: Comprehensive training given Start Time: 9 am to 11 am End Time: 7 pm Work Remotely: No Job Types: • Part-time - About 20 hours a week with a customizable schedule, including weekends • Full-time - About 35 hours a week with a set shift of 10 am - 6 pm Compensation: $13.50 - $16 per hour Benefits: • Part-time - Scheduling flexibility • Full-time - Paid holidays, PTO, and 401K Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability Additional compensation types: Bonus pay COVID-19 Considerations: Limited team size in the office, all of whom must wear masks when not in their compartment. Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly and cheerfully • Document conversations and enter data into our system • Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails • Determine when and for what purpose leads are most prepared • Organize and book opportunities • Utilize existing scripts to classify leads • Demonstrate punctuality and an optimistic attitude • Remain in regular contact with leads in the pipeline • Provide consistent customer support Qualifications: • Previous sales/telephone work is beneficial • Must be able to work in our Norman office off I-35 • Confident follow-up skills • Familiar with utilizing scripts • Genuine enthusiasm for helping people • Positive outlook, strong character, and reliable work ethic • Proficient in making appointments over the phone • Able to work collaboratively on a team and understand the impact of their work on business success Compensation: $13.50 - $16 hourly
