Keto and Co is seeking a Social Media Intern to join our growing team and to assist the Social Media Specialist on creating and implementing social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest and implementing social media campaigns for an eCommerce brand. This position is part-time and paid. We’re seeking a college student that can commit 5-9 hours per week including one day in our office in Cambridge, MA.

Since we're small and very fast moving, we like to meet in person at least one day per week. Whether it's brainstorming marketing campaigns, setting up the perfect photo shoot or just catching up in person -- we've found working face to face once a week leads to better work, faster. 

What will you be doing?

• Monitoring and engaging with the keto community on all social media platforms across three brands
• Collaborating on future campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships with other brands with a keto mission!
• Scheduling posts across all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit etc.) platforms across three brands on Sprout Social.
• Assisting during photo shoots for lifestyle and product photos (you may even get to star in some of them)
• Capturing behind the scenes moments in the office, production, etc. to help build an engaged audience
• Monitoring analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas
• Assisting on website copy or blog posts as necessary
• Assisting in the general distribution of press releases and media alerts
• Working with influencers on product reviews and further collaborations

What are we looking for?

• Deep and abiding love for all things social
• Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt writing based on audience
• Experience managing social media accounts for an eCommerce brand
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Well organized and well-demonstrated project management skills
• Pursuing degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

Passion for food, ability to hit the ground running, sense of humor, and interest in building a new company are all favorable traits. Experience with and passion for the keto diet is a plus, but, if you can be enthusiastic about how keto helps our customers' lives, following keto yourself is in no way required.
