JOB OVERVIEW The s hopper ’s journey to purchase is a rapidly changing experience as the shopping environment evolve s with new retail platforms and opportunities to grow, all of which require a seamless experience and voice to meet that shopper’s needs . In order to meet this changing landscape, Keurig Dr Pepper ( KDP ) has created a high performing team that that integrates the eCommerce skills needed to succeed in today’s omnichannel retail environment with traditional s hopper m arketing expertise to drive conversion in an omnichannel world.
As the new KDP Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Small Format (Dollar General, large Convenience) , you will be r espons ible for the integration of Digital Marketing and traditional Shopper Marketing for the KDP portfolio. You will lead omnichannel conversion , supporting the national retail sales (NRS) growth targets using all path-to- purchase conversion drivers ( digitally and in-store) for joint business success .
You will be an Omnichannel c enter of excellence for KDP’s ongoing ecommerce and shopper transformation at these retailers . To achieve your objectives, you must utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve increasingly c omp lex customer challenges. You will be able to utilize your knowledge of ecommerce, grocery pickup models and in- club shopper marketing to drive a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for shoppers . There is high degree of collaboration required for this integrated role as you will also work with other Commercial and eCommerce functions (e.g., Data Science, Digital Shelf, Media, Shopper Insights , Revenue Growth Management ) as well as our retail partners to b ring c omp elling guidance around maximizing traffic, conversion and growth across KDP’s categories.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Be the internal and external face of KDP ’s Omnichannel team at some of the country’s most critical and fast est growing Omnichannel retailers
E xpertly build and execute fully c omp rehensive programs (in-store and online) with key success objectives to both customer and KDP stakeholders
Direct the budget of onsite investment , in - store activation, and achieve the growth AOP goals alongside the account team
Lead strategic Omnichannel vision and breakthrough thinking alongside the retailer on how to drive combined goals, growth and shopper conversion
D rive online sales, digital marketing and in - store activation that is forward- thinking and gives KDP a c ompe titive advantage in the market
Demonstrate strong strategic sales and negotiation skills
Utilize strong communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel and industry insights and c omp etitive trends
Effectively manage the budget against the Omnichannel opportunities
Proactively share best practices with peers and lead the broader commercial team’s thinking on ecommerce
Develop collaborative partnerships with retailer Marketing and Merchandising
Understand and leverage shopper insights and data science to grow our eCommerce leadership from an insight-led, analytical basis of how to impact member behaviors
Operate as a member of the KDP customer-facing team, influencing with Omnichannel thinking through annual planning, investment allocation and growth targets
Collaborate with Merchandising and KDP’s AOR to create unique and eye-catching in-store creative, POS and retailtainment opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of commercial experience
Prefer experience in “Fortune 500” c omp any, or in a Pure Play ecommerce retailer, or in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage , Small Appliance or related industries
Prefer previous successful experience with Omni Marketing , specifically experience executing all the retailer ecosystem tactics
Ideal candidate will have omnichannel marketing experience backed in real world tangible results .
Well organized, disc iplined planner and leader of change
Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details wi thout losing sight of the goal
Strategic thinker with strong negot iation and communication skills
Must be c omp letely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
