    Job Description

    JOB OVERVIEW As the IT Business Analyst IV and Business Relationship Manager supporting Procurement, you will be responsible for partnering with our Procurement business team for all aspects of Information Technology delivery, including strategic roadmap planning, project/portfolio planning and execution, and IT operational excellence. This role will partner with our business teams to implement IT solutions that improve and streamline our business processes bringing value to the organization. The key areas of the business supported include our Procurement and AP functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with business and leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement, build plans and business cases to achieve those improvements, and ultimately oversee the realization of those improvements by working with our various IT/delivery partners. This is an outstanding IT leadership role with a real breadth of opportunity for a proven leader who has an interest in enabling a growing business with technology solutions.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own overall project delivery for key projects in the Procurement IT portfolio in which you are the Project Lead. This will include:
    • Project Requirements and Scoping
    • Vendor/Partner Management for identifying and onboarding project resources
    • Project Planning and Organization
    • Overall Project Governance and Execution Oversight
    • Serve in key project execution roles as needed (Project Management, Solution/Functional Architect, Quality Assurance, etc.)
    • Partner with Procurement on business-led process initiatives, providing expertise and guidance for technology enablers
    • Support Procurement stakeholders for any IT Operational issues/escalations, working with IT support teams/partners for effective delivery
    • Manage intake and prioritization of IT system enhancements and work with IT support partners to drive delivery of the prioritized enhancements

     

    REQUIREMENTS Must Have:

    • Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and related Procure-To-Pay technologies required.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with SAP S4/Hana a plus
    • Key technologies where experience or knowledge is a plus:
    • SAP Ariba Source to Pay
    • Celonis Data Mining tool
    • Open Text Vendor Invoice Management tool
    • Open Text Supplier Portal
    • ADM Marketing
    • SAP MDM
    • SAP SRM/SUS
    • Seeburger (EDI)

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration
    • At least 7 years overall experience in either an IT or consulting organization
    • Experience in the Consumer Products industry a plus
    • 5 years of implementation and configuration experience on the SAP ERP platform, with a focus on Materials Management modules.
    • At least two full life-cycles of MM project implementation
    • Project management and its processes (Agile / Scrum / DevOps experience a plus)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and meet agreed-on deadlines.
    • Proven leadership ability with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Capable of working effectively with all levels of business and technical management
    • Proficient using MS Office suite of products
    • Self-directed and motivated to lead and manage a portfolio of IT deliverable in a fast-paced environment
