    A Day in the Life:

    • Driving revenue growth alongside our distribution
    • Collaborate and partner with our Distributors to create, support, and drive qualified opportunities to win the sale
    • Read architectural specifications, floor plans, and drawings to reflect field conditions (rooms) to include mobile system layouts
    • Establish, develop, and maintain key account/partner relationships with outside vendors for custom panels, casework, freight, etc
    • Proactively researches and evaluates project specifications / timelines / customer

    Required Skills

    Our Star Sales Managers Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, and minimum of 5 years project sales, estimating or project management experience that has provided well rounded product knowledge, applications knowledge and customer communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, ) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP).
    • Ability to travel up to 35%+ to support duties as
    • Excellent organizational, presentation, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and follow through skills.
    • Experience in the construction industry including knowledge of construction project sequencing and materials is preferred.
    • Proficient in working with architectural floor plans/drawings, technical specifications, contract interpretation, mechanical concepts, and basic understanding of construction and construction
    • Experience with CAD
    • Critical thinker and problem solver; a team player with a focused attention to detail
