    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant Help marketing staff achieve our goals through the implementation of advertising, digital, and communication plans Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written Run our social media accounts and return messages to inquiries • Manages multiple social media platforms - Posting and Engagement for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc. • Manage, Review, and Perform daily account responsibilities associated with paid social advertising and other paid media platforms • Help develop and implement an annual marketing plan and event calendar for the company • Assisting in the collaboration and organization of our events from idea to tear-down. Encourages agent involvement, helps setup, breakdown, and does display maintenance during events, in addition, to helping drive traffic to our event • Working with our In-House Designer to ensure successful events and to maintain the Key Associates Brand • Manage Relationships with Media and Vendors • Copy Writing - Operates as a hands-on contributor in writing, rewriting, editing, and proofreading materials for publication • Occasional travel for the local area (Spencer, Dubois, Perry, Vanderburgh, Warrick, etc.) Qualifications: Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Communications or work experience equivalency • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently with limited direction, when necessary to achieve objectives • Communication - excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in creating composing, writing, and editing materials • Computer literacy (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) • Great interpersonal skills, comfortable providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries • An eye for detail • Experience in Real Estate and Adobe Creative Suite are bonuses. (If experienced with Adobe Creative Suite or design please provide a portfolio of your work) • Upon applying complete the DISC test to be fully considered • Candidate will be able to provide their Business Marketing Portfolio along with recent Social Media Campaign(s) proven success in page growth and audience engagement. Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000
