Job Description

Our client, a Virginia state agency, is seeking a talented Web Developer/Content Designer to join their team, hit the ground running, and help drive to success. This is a long-term contract position. The employee will work remotely, following pandemic restrictions. Will be required to work in the downtown office once the restrictions are lifted.

Snapshot of the client:

• State agency that supports the technology initiatives of other Virginia state agencies.

What will you do?

• Serve as the go to resource for all web and social media initiatives.
• Create content that is consistent with the message, mission and vision.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years front end development experience with various programming languages preferred.
• Ability to create engaging content.
• Expertise in CSS, HMTL and Javascript required.
• Experience with Agile development methods, especially Scrum
• Experience delivering and maintaining applications and websites.
