Job Description
Key Collision of Nashua in Nashua, New Hampshire, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This is a full-time position that will require excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills.
Experience
- Stable work experience.
- Comfortable with technology/computers.
- Any prior experience that would require multi-tasking or prioritizing
- Any prior experience that would require dispatching, delegating of tasks, or managing multiple accounts.
- Any prior experience with customer service and or customer satisfaction survey’s
- Some type of bookkeeping, basic accounting, or accounts receivables. A minimum in this area would be closing a cash register.
- Prior experience in a dealership, part department, service center, towing company.
- Ok with younger lesser experienced candidates if they are eager & willing to learn and not afraid to work.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Outstanding communication both verbal and written
- Speaks well on the phone
- Pleasant, social, outgoing personality
- Organized / detail orientated
- Confidence to get it done
