    Job Description

    Key Collision of Nashua in Nashua, New Hampshire, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This is a full-time position that will require excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills.

     

    Experience

    • Stable work experience.
    • Comfortable with technology/computers.
    • Any prior experience that would require multi-tasking or prioritizing
    • Any prior experience that would require dispatching, delegating of tasks, or managing multiple accounts.
    • Any prior experience with customer service and or customer satisfaction survey’s
    • Some type of bookkeeping, basic accounting, or accounts receivables. A minimum in this area would be closing a cash register.
    • Prior experience in a dealership, part department, service center, towing company.
    • Ok with younger lesser experienced candidates if they are eager & willing to learn and not afraid to work.

    Qualifications

    • A high school diploma or GED equivalent required
    • Outstanding communication both verbal and written
    • Speaks well on the phone
    • Pleasant, social, outgoing personality
    • Organized / detail orientated
    • Confidence to get it done
