    Key Holder - Franklin Spice Works- Mid City

    Position Summary:

    Assists Manager with all business functions, which includes store

    operations, and employees.

    Responsible for enhancing customer

    experience, meeting sales goals, and managing staff.

    Training:

    • Minimum of 1-year management experience in the retail industry

    • Analyzing the business and trends; strong business acumen

    • Ability to recruit, hire and train

    • Food experience helpful, but a love of food is a MUST

    • Engaging retail floor personality

    • Customer management skills

    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

    • Merchandising skills

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Cash register knowledge necessary

    Physical

    Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

    • Must be able to stand for long periods.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists Store Manager in running of the store.

    • Assists in hiring needs, including recruiting to fill open positions

    quickly.

    • Helps Store Manager develop business strategies to expand store

    traffic, customer base, and grow profitability.

    • Propose innovative ideas to increase store sales.

    • Demonstrates desired behaviors to help meet sales goals.

    • Assists in store administration, such as maintaining inventory and

    ensuring compliance of all policies and procedures.

    o Open and close the shop and the POS system.

    o Create monthly schedule for team when Manager is unable.

    o Expediting shipments/deliveries weekly and creating orders

    weekly when needed.

    • Assists the Store Manager in providing strong leadership to the team

    while helping to deliver consistent, in the moment, feedback and

    coaching.

    • Helps Store Manager identify training needs and helping to provide

    ongoing training to the team as needed

    • Regularly communicates with the Store Manager on all store specific

    happenings and to discuss store opportunities.

    • Ensures that all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times

    • Consistently creates a welcoming environment for customers by

    greeting and meeting their needs; leading by example for the team.

    • Maintain store standards, cleanliness standards, and visual

    standards.

    • Be a shining example to the team in behavior and performance
