Position: Key Holder Location: Nitro City Racing, Fairfield Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time Reports To: Store Manager Job Overview Nitro City Racing is seeking a responsible and enthusiastic Key Holder to join our dynamic team. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our indoor karting facility. You will be responsible for opening and closing the facility, managing cash registers, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about motorsports and enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations:

Open and close the facility according to company procedures.

Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.

Conduct daily inspections of the karting tracks and equipment to ensure safety and operational standards are met.

Cashiering:

Operate the cash register and handle all cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately.

Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Provide information about karting services, pricing, and promotions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.

Team Leadership:

Support and assist the team in daily operations and foster a positive work environment.

Train new team members on key responsibilities and company policies.

Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer service environment is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

Must have 2 Years experience
