About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and passionate Key Hourly Manager to join our energetic and passionate team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about delivering excellent coffee, breakfast, pastries and customer service. This is a full time position and requires open availability.

Responsibilities

Oversee all barista training and maintain consistency in daily operations

Run shifts alongside salary management properly and efficiently

Management of cash drawers and deposits

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, specialty beverages, breakfast dishes and pastries

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment

Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using POS systems

Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, equipment, and dining areas

Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with catering or special event preparations as needed

Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

Previous barista and food industry roles with customer service experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Ability to multitask and work in a very fast-paced high demand environment

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
