As a part of our Front-of-House team, you play a major role in connecting customer service to guest satisfaction. Every position in the restaurant—though different in responsibility—is equally important in creating a memorable guest experience. Our FOH team works together throughout each shift to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine hospitality.

Key Management Duties & Responsibilities
Support daily FOH operations with professionalism and efficiency
Lead by example and help set expectations for team performance
Maintain strong guest and employee relationships
Assist with scheduling, shift management, and team communication
Perform opening and closing procedures
Execute and oversee orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with creating and placing product orders
Ensure cash-handling accuracy and accountability
Solve problems quickly and confidently
Support and reinforce Napa Flats standards of service and hospitality
Work efficiently in multiple FOH positions as needed
Maintain food, liquor, and wine knowledge to answer guest questions
Help uphold cleanliness, organization, and operational flow
