Key Personnel is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to work for a well-established company in Tulsa, OK!
JOB DUTIES:
• Coordinate the administration of real time motor vehicle record (MVR) monitoring for a driver base
• Audit employee data and ensure that drivers are properly identified, employee releases are on file and driver’s license information is accurate within HRIS.
• Act as primary vendor contact for questions and concerns regarding MVRs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain accurate information upon vendor notification of errors with employee driver’s license information.
• Accurately and timely process, organize, edit, and circulate motor vehicle records (MVRs) to Human Resources Business Partners and other stakeholders.
• First point of contact for leader and employee questions regarding the MVR monitoring program.
• Succinctly and professionally enter matters into the Employee Relations Intake Form as needed and maintain associated employee relations case files and supporting documentation.
• Answer and document employee inquiries regarding the MVR monitoring program.
• Assist HRBPs and Employee Relations with duties related to the management of MVRs.
• Provide general administrative and office management support.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources or similar professional setting.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study and one (1) to (2) years’ experience in Human Resources or similar professional setting.
4 month contract assignment
$15-$16/hr.
