Key Realty is looking for our new Real Estate Runner to join the team part time, approximately 5-15 hours per week. We are real estate agents, serving buyers and sellers in Northeast Ohio. If you are a dependable self-starter with a clean driving record and attention to detail this may be a good role for you. Are you seeking an opportunity where no two days are ever the same? You will act as a "jack-of-all-trades" responsible for running errands to support our Real Estate agents and construction team. Candidates must be local to Summit County, OH and have a flexible schedule with regular availability. Candidate will drive his/her own vehicle. Responsibilities: • Place signs, riders, or lockboxes on newly listed properties • Pick up and/or drop off signed documents from clients and trade partners as needed. • Pick up and deliver tools and material to construction jobsites as needed • Meet contractors or installers to provide access to company owned vacant properties as needed • Run any misc errands as needed Qualifications: • Flexible schedule; Ability to be flexible and available during the weekdays. willingness to work some occasional evenings, Saturday's, or Sunday's when needed. • Loves running errands and helping with properties (putting out/picking up signs and lockboxes, delivering documents to clients, picking up documents, etc.) • Reliable vehicle and car insurance. Valid driver's license required; must have good, clean driving record and be willing to use personal vehicle • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic • Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds • Must be able to transport real estate signs, or other items that may be in large boxes. SUV, Van, Truck, or Large Car is required. Compensation: $15 hourly for any non-driving time
