  • Responsibilities

    Key Services is a technology lifecycle management company specializing in logistics and break/fix services. Logistics is one of the core foundations of our company and we are looking for new candidates to join our dynamic operations team.

    This position is responsible for managing the physical inventory of products and ensuring an accurate electronic inventory system, as well as responsibilities tied to order fulfillment, such as providing technicians with needed materials, picking and moving inventory for outbound orders, and performing inventory audits on a scheduled basis.

    Previous experience, while desired, is not essential. Applicants showing a willing to learn will receive training on our inventory systems and scanning and tracking hardware. Our normal operating hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Moving items within the facility, organizing them on shelve or in designated bins, and retrieving items for production or shipping.
    • Picking and packaging items according to orders and preparing them for shipping, ensuring they are properly labeled.
    • Organize and manage storage for new items that are received and track down items not in their listed locations.
    • Ensure orders are sent out on a timely basis and that they meet customer requirements.
    • Complete training on company Quality Policy Manual, Processes and Procedures; take all necessary steps to maintain compliance with Quality Management System.
    • Assist technicians in finding materials needed, when appropriate
    • Responsible for communicating all inventory discrepancies to management team
    • Maintain an orderly workspace according to the company housekeeping.
    • Receiving in boxes and pallets from shipments.

    • Ability to prioritize, organize and efficiently manage time.
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail and recognize products and their components.
    • Visual acuity, especially close vision, and color vision.
    • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues and supervisors.
    • Ability to lift 10-50 pounds regularly and up to 130 pounds occasionally with help from another employee.
    • Must be able to stand most of the day.
    • Comfortable occasionally using a ladder to get material up to 10 feet off the ground.
    • Requires good hearing and use of hands.
    • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
    • Occasionally Overtime/Saturdays is requested.
