We are seeking an exceptionally organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their daily routine, and is passionate about creating order and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar of business and personal commitments. • Coordinate comprehensive travel plans and itineraries with attention to detail. • Be the go-to contact for managing communications, filtering information, and handling inquiries. • Play a pivotal role in property management, including coordination with various stakeholders, contractors, and vendors. • Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist in financial oversight. • Take the lead on special projects, ensuring they align with overall goals. • Be involved in supporting family-related activities and supporting a vibrant household. • Organize and streamline both business and personal tasks efficiently. • Display a knack for anticipating needs and acting proactively. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an executive or personal assistant role, or similar. • Proficiency in modern office software and technology. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Background or interest in real estate or hospitality is advantageous. • Relevant educational qualifications are preferred but not mandatory. Responsibilities: • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes Qualifications: • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Familiar with Microsoft Office • Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information Compensation: $40,000 yearly
