Our law office is searching for a full-time Intake Specialist Representative for inbound potential new clients. You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, and leading them through our sales and onboarding process. Responsibilities: • Proactively field and respond to all incoming client calls and messages, including reasonable hours on nights and weekends • Conduct a consultation with the potential client and, if the right fit for our firm and culture, encourage the potential client to hire our law firm • Complete an administrative intake process to onboard new clients into happy clients • Aggressively collect on past due payments from clients Qualifications: This is not a sales position that is commissioned-based or bonus-enhanced. Our Intake Specialist is a salaried employee with full benefits, who is not motivated by sales or commissions but is motivated with helping our clients and collaborating with a great team. • Experience with inbound phone sales is required • Experience with sales of large ticket items is preferred • Must be organized and capable of completing administrative and clerical duties timely and with precision • Must possess outstanding communication skills and be have a sincere sense of empathy in helping others • Must possess excellent computer skills and comfort in learning new technology and CRM programs • Must have knowledge of spreadsheet and data management • Previous legal experience is highly valued The salary is commensurate with experience and skills. Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 yearly
