DURATION: DIRECT HIRE –FULL TIME
LOCATION: REMOTE - MUST BE WITHIN AN HOUR OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH - ALL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
PAY RATE: $17/HR
HOURS: VARIOUS FIRST SHIFT
The Contact Center Service Specialist I will receive inbound service calls and emails from consumer clients. While interacting with clients, you will answer inquiries, resolve issues, respond to client needs, uncover and explore opportunities to refer additional products and services.
