RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Franchise Support Specialist, is accountable for the overall operational support of independently owned and operated franchised locations. This includes but is not limited to; assisting franchisees with achieving both revenue and profit growth and supporting their managers and employees.
- Develop a trusting and collaborative relationship of mutual accountability with franchisees and their managers, leading to a strong working partnership achieving shared goals
- Quickly build relationships with all franchisees and managers
- Support franchise locations with operating in full alignment with Key Glees promise, purpose, vision and values, while consistently delivering superior service
- Provide support to assist franchisees with delivering strong operational performance
- Ensure completion, documentation and follow-up on compliance requirements
- Support the efforts of the Franchise Owner and their initiatives to improve revenue and profitability within their territory
- Provide training and development to the franchises
- Determine areas of needed improvement in the franchised locations based on metrics
- Deliver training, coaching, and other learning opportunities to improve the overall operations and profitability of each franchise
- Measure the effects of the training through collection of before/after data, and use the results to provide follow-up training where necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- -Competent spelling/grammar
- Punctuality
- Teaching/Training
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Gmail, Google Suite, Close, Slack and Podio (a plus)
- Managerial experience (a plus)
- Real Estate Knowledge (a plus)
