The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state, and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites. They would need to be professional at all times with strong interpersonal skills, exhibiting the ability to effectively coordinate and organize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The leasing agent will also have an acute concern for customer satisfaction and possess a strong sense of objectiveness, fairness, and integrity as they manage vacancies in the portfolio while steadfast in the company vision. You will be working side by side in a collaborative environment with high-performing individuals that like to work hard and play hard. You will be supported by our caring remote administrative team and mentored by the co-founder of the company. Responsibilities: Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld Prepare for market changes by researching local rates and calculating costs to ensure competitive and fair pricing Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written A proven record of sales experience and success Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
