KeyPoint Consulting is looking for an Accounting & Finance Full Desk Recruiter. We are seeking energetic, motivated and detail oriented individuals with strong communications skills who will thrive in a high-volume, fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle of recruiting of accounting and finance professionals.
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates
• Maintain and grow database by selling consulting and permanent hiring opportunities.
• Quantify business relationships with key decision makers/hiring managers within targeted accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, bill rates and conversion fees with clients.
• Responsible for handling recruitment from sourcing to offer

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing/recruiting for positions
• Sales experience in a full desk environment
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
