KeyPoint Consulting is seeking qualified healthcare recruiters (clinical and non-clinical) for a direct hire position. In this role, you would be responsible for successfully executing on the talent acquisition strategy.
Responsiblities:
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for healthcare other professional administrative roles.
- Source, identify, and screen candidates Source candidates via multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional organizations, etc.
- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with internal business partners
- Consult with clients to understand the skills required for each position
- Identifying type of talent suitable for the role, extending offers, coordinating and managing pre-boarding (background checks, drug screening, new hire set up and scheduling of new hire orientation)
- Manage the scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Healthcare industry recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Experience in leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks
