    JOB PURPOSE

    KEYSTONE IS A FAST GROWING HEALTH & ANCILLARY INSURANCE BROKERAGE THAT IS PROUD OF 5 YEARS RECOGNITION AS A LEADER IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES OF HEALTH INSURANCE PRODUCTS.

    Seeking inside sales person poised to become a dominant player in the Dallas area. Position responsibilities include taking inbound calls as well as follow up calls on new prospects. In conjunction with business development, you will learn how to find, identify, and build friendships with new clients.

    The Licensed Sales Agent is responsible for increasing market share with new and existing clients by providing a broad portfolio of products. The Agent will make cold calls as well as receive inbound calls from various campaigns consisting of Life, Individual Health (ACA/ Medicare options/ Short Term and Ancillary products)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Heavy outbound and inbound queues – Min of 100 dials per day for outbound campaigns

    • Must Be Coachable, Team Player

    • Well spoken, can articulate well with all prospects and existing customer base.

    • Good Time Management

    • Ability to work in fast paced environment with an 85% sales close ratio

    • Outbound and Inbound Call Queues

    • Generate insurance quotes and completes follow up in timely manner

    • Conduct needs analysis/policy reviews and updates policies

    • Provide excellent customer service with all customers

    • Strong relationship building

    • Build “Team” culture with own team and other departments

    • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customers and their enrollment information

    • Meet all mandated deadlines

    • Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs

    • Additional duties may be assigned as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Group 1 Health and Life License required within 30 days of employment
    • ACA Marketplace enrollment experience preferred
    • Call Center Sales Experience on Outbound and Inbound
    • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with proven track record
    • Maintain CE to ensure active license status
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident self -starter who works well independently
    • Attention to detail and accuracy of information
    • Team oriented
    • Proficiency with software applications
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
    • Must pass typing test with minimum 40 words per minute
    • This is a captive, hourly position with bonuses.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish and or Vietnamese agents are preferred
