    PURPOSE STATEMENT:

    The Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing two brands, driving the product portfolio of each brand alongside the PD team and developing practitioner and consumer marketing programs to optimize each brands sales potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1\. Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement effective brand strategies to drive market penetration, sales growth, and brand loyalty with practitioners, their patients and consumers alike

    2\. Customer marketing: Work alongside top customers and sales team to develop and oversee customer marketing programs.

    3\. Consumer Insights: Be laser focused on consumer, including who they are, what they want and need, and use this to shape how to run the business, including future campaigns and product development.

    4\. Product Launches: Work alongside the product development team to launch new products or re-launch existing ones, ensuring timely and successful market entries.

    5\. Budget Management: Develop and oversee each brand’s annual marketing budgets to drive profitable growth.

    6\. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

    7\. Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry and competition, including competitive products and marketing activities, identifying opportunities and threats in the market.

    8\. Collaboration: Partner with sales, product innovation, and other internal teams to align on strategies and ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints.

    9\. Content Creation: Working with in-house and outside agencies, oversee the development of each brands marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.

    10\. Community: Oversee each brands social media channels to keep customers close: to better understands their needs, by providing meaningful education and content, and making it easy for them to purchase products when they are ready.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL NEED (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

    • 5+ years of experience in brand management marketing

    • Experience in the health & wellness industry, including a deep working knowledge of sector trends, consumer preferences and regulatory matters concerning the nutritional supplement category specifically

    • Prior people management experience required

    • Experience with DTC, DTP

    • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make recommendations

    • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced / high ambition environment

    • High level of organization, impeccable attention to detail, capacity to proactively solve complex problems

    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box

    • Some travel required to participate in multiple trade shows and visits to home office
