    Who We're Looking For

    • Experienced in designing educational programs and learning experiences for healthcare practitioners and their patients

    • Familiar with the day-to-day routines, challenges and needs of healthcare practitioners

    • An avid follower of clinical and/or scientific news and research, especially in the alternative medicine and/or natural supplements space.

    • Knowledgeable in FDA, FTC and other regulatory guidelines applicable to nutritional supplement brands

    • An individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively.

    • An exceptional project manager with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail-oriented.

    • Technologically savvy, adopting new software and systems with ease

    • Someone who adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions

    What You’ll Do:

    • Drive the strategic planning and implementation of commercial and professional educational programs and experiences for healthcare practitioners, their patients and the salesforce

    • Develop a strong understanding of the market and relevant audience, and identify short and long term opportunities to maximize impact

    • Oversee content and tool development and the daily activities toward timely, high-quality completion

    • Determine KPIs for all educational initiatives, lead the post-execution review process and action planning

    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with external Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), professional and advocacy associations, and internal collaborators and stakeholders

    • Foster strong relationships with Sales, Marketing and Technology leaders to align resources that support growth opportunities and ensure that educational priorities align to the businesses’ strategic priorities

    • Listen to the voice of the customer to inform the development of new programs

    • Create and maintain business plan and operating budget

    • Lead educational event content strategy, planning and execution in conjunction with marketing team

    • Travel as needed to facilitate collaboration and optimal communication

    Director Education Requirements:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare practitioner/medical education

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, synthesize, and summarize medical literature

    • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible and agile

    • Proactive and self-guided, functions with minimal direction

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact, communicate, influence and negotiate

    • Special consideration given to credentialed healthcare practitioners
