Our client is a food supplement company based in Malta, in the EU, focusing on manufacturing, research & development of food supplements, nutraceuticals and personalized medicines. It started its operations in 2017 and now is at a stage of graduating from its start-up phase into scaling up its manufacturing capacity and entering international markets with its proprietary products. They are part of a family owned group, headquartered in Montreux, Switzerland. This company brings exclusive personalized supplements/medications to the mass market. They do it in an environment of creativity, innovation and cooperation between different skill sets: doctors, biochemists, bioengineers, pharmacists, lab and business managers. Company is planning to enter the U.S. market in 2020 with its first sales.
Job Overview
We are currently interviewing candidates for the new role of National Sales Manager for the U.S. market. The candidate for the role is expected to have experience, market knowledge and networks crucial to make the market entry successful. The candidate is expected to be leading and taking initiative in building company sales in the USA. The chosen candidate will be directly reporting to the CEO and will have full responsibility for all company sales activities within the United States. You will take part in meetings with the Board of Directors and other management staff in strategic planning and execution of sales activities and is expected to make well-thought through proposals on developing and implementing the U.S. sales strategy.

This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position requiring 2 days a week commitment. You may work for other companies during the contract period. Competitive salary plus performance bonus.
