Position Title: Acquisitions Associate
Working Hours: M (8 am - 5 pm), T (8 am - 5 pm), W (10 am - 7 pm), Th (10 am - 7 pm), F (8 am - 4 pm), Every Other Sat (9 am - 1 pm)
Location: Corporate Office (Denver, CO)
Compensation Classification: Base + Commission
Reports to: Acquisitions Lead

Experience (preferred or required):
HS Diploma required and Bachelor’s degree preferred
2+ years of sales experience preferred
Highly organized, ability to follow processes, great communication skills required
Technology driven & ability to learn quickly required
Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Outbound call / prospect to seller leads submitted through our various marketing channels
Qualify seller leads to be submitted to the Acquisitions Lead for closing
Underwrite off-market properties based on assessed value and rehab costs
Overcome common objections on the phone
Schedule and conduct appointments
Manage leads and follow-up with prospects
Participate and lead sales training exercises daily
Continuously learn about our proven sales technique
Continuously learn about real estate (transactions, rehab process, closing process, underwriting, etc.)
Become an expert in our company CRM (Podio)
Train to become an acquisitions lead / closer
Attend business meetings and trainings as required
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
