    Job Summary:

    The primary focus of the Quality Coordinator is to support the activities of the Quality Department Lead and ensure compliance to all customer and regulatory requirements through the Quality Management System (QMS).

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Log trends found for NCRs / Cost Centers
    • Track Non-conformance Parts (NCRs).
    • Assists in maintaining procedures (QMS system).
    • Assist and maintain facility Training Program records related to all aspects of Training.
    • Assist and maintain trending records of continuous improvement opportunities to the quality system
    • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
    • Comply with all Keystone Tower Systems Company and HSE procedures and policies.
    • Compose, prepare Word documents
    • Collect and maintain data for queries/spreadsheets
    • Prepare charts and PowerPoint presentations as needed
    • Document, scan, record material traceability records (MTR)
    • Assist in compiling data for Management Reviews
    • Maintain Customer Feedback data
    • Create and maintain Welder’s Continuity log
    • Scan, file and organize Employee Certifications
    • Compile tables, diagrams, and other visual aids to analyze trending

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Highschool diploma
    • 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing or quality position.
    • Experience with computer-based applications (MS Word, MS Access, MS Excel, XA)
    • Read, write, speak English
    • Strong interpersonal, analytical, writing and communication skills.
    • Quick study, strong initiative (creative thinking and project implementation).
    • Standard manufacturing process knowledge.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Self-directed, independent, and highly motivated work environment.
