Responsibilities: • Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system • Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory • Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital • Must be computer proficient • A minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury pre-litigation and litigation experience Compensation: $84,000 - $200,000 yearly DOE
