Job Description
We are looking for Data Analysts responsible for providing expertise to analyze various data types to turn data into meaningful information to support problem analysis and informed decision-making. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Performs logical data modeling, analyzing and mining business data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points within a given process from existing internal or external data sources.
- Execution of data validation, profiling, auditing, and data cleansing activities
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Development, production, and management of data quality reports
- Development of key metrics, rules, and notifications to identify critical gaps
- Conducts mapping and tracing of data from system to system to solve a given business or system problem.
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements
- Develop and maintain KPIs Dashboards
- Present KPIs to Senior Management regularly
- Support all Marketing and Sales data requests
- Standardization and automation of data collection and processing
- Provide user-specific ad hoc reporting as requested.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field recommended
- 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience with performing analysis in a database environment
- Experience using a range of data analysis tools
- Advanced analytics capability is a preferred skill
- Ideally, experience with SAS, SPSS, R or similar
- Understanding of multiple regression analyses
- Advanced Excel a must; Pivot Tables, Macros preferred
- Ability to handle a large volume of data
- Familiarity with a scripting language (e.g., Python, Ruby)
