We’re looking for a creative and talented web designer who wants to help shape our quickly evolving product. You'll be involved in all stages of the design process, from ideation to launch, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering to bring our ideas to life, and enhance the Kibsi brand, story, and experience.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Excellent design skills and experience transforming high-level requirements into exciting, compelling, and engaging web content that brings our platform to life and communicates the value of Kibsi  
• UX/UI, user-centered, and persuasive design experience
• Knowledge of evolving web development technologies and best practices, i.e. Webflow, WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design
• Proficiency in Adobe Cloud/Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, InVision, Sketch, and/or other design tools
• Ability to effectively collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, remotely and in person
• Willingness to collaborate on go-to-market initiatives, including product collateral, PowerPoint presentations, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Experience designing for enterprise software and agile development is a plus
