    Job Description

    We are looking for rock star Senior Account Executives to join our fast paced, dynamic team. If competition is in your veins, from overachieving on your quota to winning our monthly Ping-Pong tournament, you’ll fit right in.

Our complete suite of solutions enables companies to tap into their website’s invisible pipeline and transform anonymous visitors into actionable sales opportunities. Powered by our TWIN Caching technology, an advanced, proprietary IP-to-company identification, KickFire powers MarTech solutions and brands focused on Account Based Marketing.

    Remote Positions available – or work hybrid onsite from our San Jose office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prospect, develop, and WIN new customer logos for KickFire’s suite of products
    • Identify the goals and needs of prospects, including understanding their budgetary constraints and finding the key decision makers
    • Tie KickFire products to the objectives of your customer
    • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
    • Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results
    • Manage and ensure a strong sales pipeline
    • Create and deliver accurate forecasts
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure KickFire customer satisfaction
    • Bring passion, excitement, drive and hunger in every single day
    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offering, customer needs and competitive landscape

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3+ Years experience selling B2B technology and/or software products
      • Saas / DaaS, MarTech experience strongly preferred
    • Proven track record of quota over-achievement
    • Experience working and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
    • Hunter and Closer mentality
    • Possesses an intrinsic drive to be successful
    • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - We are a fast-growing company, so you need to be a person who will take initiative to “figure it out” and take ownership in finding solutions
    • Team oriented player - Everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better
    • Highly organized and strong time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
    • English required, additional languages a plus
    • Computer Literate – Comfortable using Google Workplace (Docs/Sheets), Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, HubSpot
    • Proficient in using a Mac is a plus
    • Remote Positions available – as well as hybrid onsite from our San Jose office
    • Ability to sit and/or stand, typing, and viewing information on a computer (desktop and/or laptop) monitor for extended periods of time
