JOB SUMMARY

The front desk position at Kickin' It Kids Gym will be responsible for the daily operations on their scheduled shifts, including preparing for the next shift. This position will operate the front desk, support the coaching staff as needed, and will act as the main point of contact for anything significant during the shift.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Responsible for opening the facility and preparing for the day

Ensure the Gym is safe and operational for the day

Handle or handoff any escalated issues pertaining to the daily operations

Handle phone calls, texts, and emails during operating hours

Maintaining knowledge of registration and billing processes

Responsible for making sure daily tasks are completed

Send out communications pertaining to the following shift

Ensure everyone has left the facility, lock up and turn off the lights

Operating in other roles throughout the week as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING

1-3 years client-facing experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Knowledge of general safety rules and precautions related to a recreational environment

Must have a professional demeanor

Ability to function and focus through moderate noise levels
